WITHDRAWAL GUIDELINES

• Written application is required before withdrawing a student from the school.
• The prescribed application form for transfer certificate duly filled should be submitted in the school office along with the prescribed fee.
• Clearance certificate must be attached with the application form.
• The transfer certificate of a student is issued only when all the school dues have been cleared.
• Seven working days are to be given for issuing any certificate or document from the school.
• No pass certificate will be issued to any student who leave the institution before the end of the session.
• The Principal may request the parents to withdraw a student who in case does not fit in the regulation of the school or is not capable of any improvement or if the parent themselves do not cooperate with the school authority.
• Student can be removed by the school authority on the following grounds:
  • Constant weakness in studies.
  • Irregularity in attendance.
  • Misbehaviour.
  • Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or wilful damage to property are always reason for dismissal.
  • Non-payment of fees or irregularity in payment.
• The management reserves the right to dismiss any student.
